• Ready-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days.
• Pre-orders/custom items: Processing time will be informed individually.
• International shipping: Estimated delivery within 10 working days, depending on destination.
We take packing and shipping seriously — we provide pre-shipment photos of your order for verification.

• If your order is missing parts and the missing items are not in the packing photos, we will ship replacements.
• If all items appear in the shipping photos, compensation will not be provided unless a valid reason is presented.
• Refunds are not allowed without solid justification.

For damaged or incomplete orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund solution based on the case.
